Exchange and Returns

  • Exchange Requests: To initiate an exchange, contact us via email at orders.shoptjap@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
We offer a 10-day Return/Exchange Policy. You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  • Requesting a Return: Contact us within 10 days of receiving your item to request a return. All eligible items can be returned for a store credit coupon.
  • Store Credit: The full amount of the returned item (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to a coupon code. This coupon will be valid for any future purchase on our website within 30 days.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection: Check your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the wrong size, or if they are defective or damaged. This must be done within the 10-day return/exchange window. Requests outside this period will not be accommodated.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate items

  • Discounted or Sale Items

Refunds

Refunds are provided in the form of store credit, valid for 30 days, and can be used for future purchases on our store.
  • Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Credit Issuance: If approved, we will email you details of the store credit issued to your account.
